1. Services Provided

Arizona Home Watch offers non-invasive, visual inspections of unoccupied residential properties in Arizona. Our services are not a substitute for professional home inspections or licensed contractor services.

Standard Services Include:

Visual inspection of interior and exterior property
Report of any irregularities or issues discovered
Optional add-on services (e.g., keyholding, storm prep, vehicle checks)

All services are performed based on a predefined checklist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients agree to provide Arizona Home Watch with secure access to their property, including keys, alarm codes, and any relevant entry instructions. All client keys are stored securely and labeled anonymously.

Scheduled visits may be altered due to severe weather or emergencies, but we will communicate all changes promptly.

3. Service Limitations

We are not liable for:

Hidden damage or issues not visible during a walk-through
Damage caused between visits
Acts of God, extreme weather, or third-party negligence
Malfunctions in home automation, Wi-Fi, or smart devices

We do not perform repairs, maintenance, or any invasive testing unless explicitly arranged and agreed upon in writing.

4. Payments & Billing

Payment is due prior to or at the start of the billing period. We accept [credit card, check, PayPal, etc.].

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or pause services at any time with 14 days’ written notice. No refunds will be issued for prepaid services already rendered.

Arizona Home Watch reserves the right to terminate service at any time due to safety concerns, non-payment, or breach of terms.

6. Insurance & Bonding

Arizona Home Watch is fully insured and bonded. Proof of coverage is available upon request.

We do not accept liability for damage, theft, or loss unless directly caused by documented negligence during our service period.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Ensure home is safe and accessible during service periods
Notify us of pets, alarms, and any known property hazards
Maintain valid homeowners insurance
Inform us of any third-party services scheduled during our visit windows

We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information, property details, or key access codes with any third party unless legally required.
